Local deliveries within Rotterdam are handled with care, and nationwide shipping is available within 1–3 business days. Every bouquet is made to order, so please allow at least 6 days between placing your order and delivery.

We use only premium, carefully selected ingredients: natural fruit purées, unrefined sugars, agar (a plant-based gelling agent), and albumin for texture. Our recipes are free from preservatives, artificial flavors, and additives.

Yes, zefir is naturally dairy-free and fat-free, making it a lighter indulgence suitable for children, athletes, and anyone looking for a guilt-free treat.
4. How should I store zefir?
Store zefir at room temperature in a closed container, away from direct sunlight or humidity. For the best taste and texture, enjoy within the first 5 days after delivery. After this period, zefir will not spoil but may gradually lose its softness, becoming chewy and eventually drying out like a crisp meringue.
5. How do I unpack and serve zefir bouquets?
Each zefir flower in our compositions is carefully fixed on a wooden stick to hold its shape. Before eating, gently remove the sticks and transfer the zefir into an airtight container for storage. This ensures freshness and makes serving effortless.
6. Can I customize my bouquet?
Yes. You can select the size, flavor, box color, ribbon, and even a complimentary personalized card during checkout. We will carefully strive to accommodate your preferred flower colors (when available).
7. How long does delivery take?
Each bouquet is made fresh to order. Production requires 2 days, and delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–3 business days via our trusted partners (PostNL / DHL). We recommend placing your order at least 6 days before the desired delivery date.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver within the Netherlands and are exploring options to extend to nearby EU countries (Belgium and Germany). If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us directly for a tailored solution.
