Zefir is a delicate fruit-based confection, similar to a light meringue but softer and more refined. It is made by whipping fruit purée with agar and sugar, creating an airy texture. Each bouquet is hand-piped into flower shapes — both edible and artistic.

What ingredients do you use?

We use only premium ingredients: natural fruit purées, apple base, unrefined sugars, agar (plant-based gelling agent), and albumin for texture. Free from preservatives, artificial flavors, and additives.

Is zefir dairy-free and fat-free?

Yes. Zefir is naturally dairy-free and fat-free — a light indulgence suitable for children, athletes, and anyone looking for a guilt-free treat.

How should I store zefir?

Keep zefir in a cool, dry place (15–20 °C), away from direct sunlight or humidity. Best enjoyed within 3–5 days. Over time, it naturally firms up, similar to meringue.

How do I unpack and serve bouquets?

Each zefir flower is fixed on a wooden stick. Before eating, gently remove sticks and place zefir into an airtight container. This ensures freshness and makes serving easy.

Can I customize my bouquet?

Yes. You can choose size, flavor, box color, ribbon, and add a personalized card. We’ll match your preferred flower colors whenever possible.

How long does delivery take?

Each bouquet is made fresh to order. Production requires 2 days, and NL delivery takes 1–3 business days (PostNL / DHL). Order at least 6 days before your event.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver within the Netherlands. Expansion to Belgium and Germany is being explored. Contact us for custom solutions.

Are these suitable as gifts?
